Finished Accel world not too long ago and to my surprise I was quite satisfied with the results! Even with a weird protagonist (fat kid) it still managed to keep me hooked on the anime, making me complete it in 2 day. Same creator as Sword Art Online just more futuristic. Its basically the sequel to SAO and did just as good as a sequel. I'm hoping there's a season two as the manga is still ongoing.
Thoughts/Review!!
The anime overall is a fantasy action with virtual reality games being the storyline except extending on the VR bit involving real life. I wont go into the details as its better to be seen than read. Um the animation is quite good, just like any at this time and age. Ecchi once again is minimal. The VR game is less animation and more CG with bits of animation aspects. The anime explores vast elements of technology and colour (that's some deep shit right there :L) Overall, I loved this anime. With the characters being amusing a
nd storyline quite interesting. Some new in every ep. Yea sure there's some obvious predictions but other than that a good watch. Would recommend to watch, once again this anime is one of those that the cover doesn't do just! Looking at the fat kid protagonist made me not want to watch this for awhile but lucky I did get it.
